On August 28th, 2025, this vision came to life in Ruhango District, Southern Province, where a vibrant graduation ceremony was held for ECD caregivers who successfully completed an intensive short-course training program.
The event, organized by RODI in partnership with the National Child Development Agency (NCDA), was more than a celebration—it was a testament to the power of education, community collaboration, and the unwavering commitment to building a strong foundation for Rwanda’s youngest citizens. The day brought together caregivers, local leaders, government representatives, and community members in a colorful display of unity and shared purpose.

The Executive Director of RODI delivered an inspiring keynote address, emphasizing the critical role caregivers play in shaping the future of children.
