RODI’s Approach to Empowerment
At RODI, we don’t just hand out resources. We give our youth and women the tools to build sustainable and fulfilling lives. Here’s how:
- Skills Training: We offer training programs that equip participants with knowledge of practical agriculture, entrepreneurship, and climate change adaptation.
- Access to Resources: We connect our program beneficiaries with the resources they need to succeed, such as financial services, markets, and mentorship opportunities.
- Job Creation Support: We guide and support youth and women in creating businesses or finding better employment opportunities with improved working conditions.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your photography business plan for weddings and parties. It’s great to see your entrepreneurial spirit and vision for creating jobs for other youth.
We appreciate you considering our organization for support. In the past, we have worked with youth startup projects, providing training to young entrepreneurs under 30 in Nyamasheke, Karongi, and Rutsiro. However, those participants were selected through a specific program.
We understand the challenges of securing capital for a startup. We encourage you to follow our social media channels and website closely for updates on future opportunities for youth, particularly those related to startup businesses. We frequently have initiatives that support young entrepreneurs.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have any active projects that provide direct capital support for individual business plans.
